2. I do not find any infirmity in the order permitting the Power of Attorney to conduct the case on behalf of the plaintiff. However, it is made clear that at the time of trial, when it is required, the plaintiff shall appear and let in evidence as to the information privy to her as the Power of Attorney cannot speak about the same on behalf his principal. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
