ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 323 and 354 of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassement Act, in Crime No.388 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.05.2022, the de facto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent Police stating that the petitioner assaulted the de facto complainant and scolded in filthy language.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that this petitioner/accused went to the house of the victim girl aged 18 years and attempted to rape her. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner herein had committed offences of very serious nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
