Prayer in Tr.CMP.No.632 of 2024 : Transfer Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code praying to withdraw and transfer the case i.e., H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2022, pending before the Subordinate Court at Uthangarai to the Principal Family Court at Chennai. For Petitioner/Petitioners : Mr.R.Sudhakar (in all Tr.CMPs) For Respondent : Ms.S.Sofia Madhavi (in all Tr.CMPs) COMMON ORDER Of the above three Transfer CMPs, the wife independently has filed two transfer petitions (Tr.CMP.Nos.631 & 632 of 2024) and the wife along with her children have filed one transfer petition (Tr.CMP.No.630 of 2024), seeking transfer of HMOP.No.39 of 2021, HMOP.No.117 of 2022 and M.C.No.5 of 2020, all pending before the Court at Uthangarai to the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent has no objection in allowing the aforementioned transfer petitions. However, he seeks for expeditious disposal of the said HMOP cases.

Taking into account the convenience of the petitioner / petitioners and also that the respondent has no objection in allowing the transfer of proceedings in M.C.No.5 of 2020, HMOP.No.39 of 2021, HMOP.No.117 of 2022 to the Principal Family Court at Chennai, all the Tr.CMPs are allowed and accordingly, M.C.No.5 of 2020 pending before Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthangarai, and HMOP.No.39 of 2021, HMOP.No.117 of 2022, both pending before the Subordinate Court at Uthangarai, are withdrawn from its files and transferred to Principal Family Court at Chennai.
