This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2015 and take necessary actions in accordance with law and file a final report at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that there are two CSRs Viz., 418/2015 & 875/2015 pending and that, the Thasildhar has also sent a report to the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSRs. 418/2015 & 875/2015 and take appropriate action based on the Thasildhar's report. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
