ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2022 and with regard to carry out the necessary correction in the FMB sketch as 0.95 cents instead of 0.85 1⁄2 cents in Survey No.557/4 based on the patta, settlement deed D.No.1895/1997 dated 06.10.1997 situated at Anchetty Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.07.2022 with a request for carry out the necessary correction in the FMB sketch based on the patta, settlement deed in D.No.1895/1997 dated 06.10.1997, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
