By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, while working as a Salesman in the Vellavedu Primary Agricultural Coop. Credit Society, Vellavedu, Chennai was placed under suspension, vide order dated 22.12.2012 and thereafter, the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies has ordered enquiry under Section 81 Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and it is the stand of the petitioner that he is no way concerned with the alleged delinquency. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that during the period of suspension, the respondents did not disburse the Subsistence Allowance except a sum of Rs.32,863/- as against the total arrears of Rs.1,29,294/- and in this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.01.2015 praying for disbursement of balance Subsistence Allowance and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.L.P.Shamughasundaram, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
