Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for having wilfully committed contempt of this Court order dated 05.02.2021 in W.P.No.19738 of 2019 and punish the respondents as per the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

When this case came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader took time to get instructions with regard to compliance and again when it came up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of the same, he has produced the appointment order of the petitioner dated 06.04.2022, under which, the petitioner has been appointed as Grade -II Police Constable in the Tamil Nadu Special Police, third battalion at Veerapuram, Chennai - 55.

Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition is closed. Connected sub applications are also closed.
