2. The petitioner claims to be the Chairman of Sri Sakthi Mariamman Temple Ground, Thoppur Village, Dharmapuri District and has submitted a representation dated 20.05.2016 to the second respondent praying for necessary permission to conduct programmes like Cinema, Therrukuthu, Folk Dance and cinema songs in connection with the temple festival to be held on 31.05.2016 and since no order has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider and dispose of the representation/application of the petitioner dated 20.05.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, on or before 30.05.2016 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
