O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations in letters dated 31.3.2008, 14.08., 12.01.2015, 12.12.2014, 9.2.2014, 15.04.2015 & 1.7.2013 - 7.2.2015 sent by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
2. This writ petition is repeatedly posted for hearing. The petitioner's representations are pending right from the year 2008. After filing of the writ petition, private notice to the respondents was ordered. The petitioner has filed proof of service before this Court. Mr.T.C. Gopalakrishnan standing counsel for Corporation had entered appearance for the official respondents.

Several opportunities were granted to the respondents for filing counter. But no counter affidavit is forthcoming. Though notice was also served on the private respondents, they have neither appeared in person nor are they represented by any counsel.

Though the grounds of the petitioner include certain allegations against the respondent officials, the petitioner confines his prayer to consider the representations submitted by him at the earliest, which are pending for years together. Hence, to give a quietus to the issue, the respondents 1 to 4 herein are directed to consider the representations peridically submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, who are arrayed as respondents 5 to 9 herein. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
