When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as per the proceedings dated 28.09.2018 passed by the third respondent, six month has been specified by the Waqf Board for directly administrating the respondent, which got expired on 01.04.2019. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the matter has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 03.11.2023 vm Index :
