These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 239 days seeking to set aside the abatement cause by the death of the deceased first plaintiff, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the applicants herein as plaintiffs 2 to 5 in the said Testamentary Original Suit. The first plaintiff appears to have died on 04.06.2020 due to covid. Hence the reasons assigned in the affidavit are accepted the delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the applicants 1 to 4 are brought on record as plaintiff 2 to 5 in the Testamentary Original Suit. The plaintiff is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment and file amended copies of the plaint by 13.08.2021.

2. Amended copy to be filed thereafter the Registry will list the suit for arguments.
