This application has been filed seeking to amend the cause title by substituting the name Euro Marine Power and Parts Supply Pvt Ltd instead of Euro Marine Power and Parts Pvt Ltd.

2. Heard Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Edward James, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this application is ordered as prayed for.
