The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(1) of IPC in Crime Page No.1 of 5

No.153 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 06.02.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23098 of 2023. However, the petitioner has failed to disclose the said fact in the present anticipatory bail application.

3. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that, in view of the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner by an order dated 06.02.2024, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
