The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no.3 is not receiving the revenue tax from the petitioner, who is willing to pay the same. Inspite of the directions given by the respondent no.2 on 21.02.2012 and 18.11.2012 and the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2012 in this regard, no action has been taken so far and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
