Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to immediately suspend the District Magistrate/Collector who is the fourth respondent herein and SSP/SPs of the district as well as other officials concerned and charge sheet them and proceed against them departmentally, as they did not take steps to prevent the atrocities and they did not promptly apprehend the culprits and others involved and institute criminal proceedings against them.
