ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09-01-2026 and initiate suitable proceedings against the respondents 3 to 5 in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner had sent a representation on 09.01.2026 to the second respondent for the inaction to the petitioner's earlier complaint, which has been assigned CSR No.2462 of 2022 and for more than 3 years no action has been taken. Hence, he filed the above writ petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the petitioner's complaint CSR No.2462 of 2022 registered. The petitioner was called for an enquiry. Two summons served to the petitioner and lastly on 21.02.2026 summons served to the petitioner for his appearance before the respondent on 21.03.2026. The counter petitioners appeared and documents collected. The petitioner is not appearing.

4.The petitioner submits that he sent a communication to the Inspector of Police stating that since his wife was suddenly fell sick, he is unable to respond to the summons dated 21.02.2026 immediately. He further submits that his mother recently passed away and that is one of the reasons for not responding to the summons.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent on 27.04.2026 and produce relevant documents in support of his contention. 6.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 27.04.2026 and produce documents and participate in the enquiry and the respondent police to conduct enquiry and complete the enquiry in CSR No.2462 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
