Ku.Ka.Sa dated 11.10.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to disburse difference salary amount for the promoted post of Junior Clerk in the second respondent society from 30.05.2016 within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
