Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue family card to the petitioner viz. A.Kumar Son of Aathimulam residing at South Street, Moongilpadi Village & Post, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District as per the applications submitted on 20.12.2010 in application No.3300/20/12/2010 and based on petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015.

Seeking issuance of Family Card, the petitioner made an application on 20.12.2010. It was followed by a representation dated 06.04.2015. Despite the same, the Family Card was not given to the petitioner and therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the Application No.3300/20/12/2010 based on the representation dated 06.04.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
