This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.50 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Cr.No.50 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode. However, the same was returned by the learned Magistrate for want of wound certificate. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for representing the charge sheet along with the wound certificate. 3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to re-file the charge sheet enclosing the wound certificate before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
