O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 01.08.2015 and ensure proper investigation known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner against her husband, a case in Crime No.29 of 2014 was registered by the second respondent police and the petitioner's husband was released on bail. After release on bail, it is alleged by the petitioner that her husband came to her house on 01.08.2015 and assaulted her. Hence, the complaint dated 01.08.2015 has been sent by the petitioner by post without enclosing AR copy.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent police with A.R. copy and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
