The petitioner herein who failed to appear before the trial Court on the date of judgment has sought for suspension of sentence before the lower appellate Court without surrendering himself. The lower appellate Court has rightly dismissed the application recording that the remedy available to the petitioner to get himself surrender and seek for bail. 2.
