This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.155 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his son-inlaw, one Maathaiyan in respect of the death of his daughter, Tamilselvi, who committed suicide. The F.I.R was registered for the offence under section 174 Cr.P.C in Crime No.155/2015. The said complaint was lodged as early as 30.07.2015 but till date there is no progress. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police is awaiting for the chemical analysis report and it will take some time to file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same as early as possible.
