Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes).

2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition challenging the order dated 27.4.2015 of the 2nd respondent and to direct the Second Respondent herein to admit the appeal filed by the petitioner on 25.3.2015 as maintainable under Section 52 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act 2006.
