ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I court, Ulundurpet, to dispose the trial in C.C.No.91 of 2016 (Crime No.17 of 2015).
2.It is seen that a complaint has been filed in C.C.NO.91 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I court, Ulundurpet and the case is pending for trial. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case is of the year is 2016, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I Court, Ulundurpet, to complete the trial proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
C.C.NO.91 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
