Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of of mandamus directing the respondent Board to accept the qualification of the petitioner as valid for the purpose of appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil) pursuant to the selection of the petitioner vide proceedings of the respondent Board dated 31.8.2014 without applying G.O.Ms.No.107 dated 18.08.2009 to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent Board to appoint the petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil).
