Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify one of the condition i.e., (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify one of the condition i.e., (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11848 of 2020 on 06.08.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11848 of 2020 on 06.08.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the First and Third Saturday of every Month for a period of two Months at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
