Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2014 and thereby allow the petitioner to take possession of her concrete materials such as board mold, span, jackey and other materials etc. from the A-block building situated at Moulivakkam which is under the control of 2nd respondent. The petitioner is said to be the supplier of materials to the respondent no.3 on rental basis. The building constructed by the respondent no.3 collapsed, against which proceedings are pending. 2.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire materials belonging to the petitioner are in the custody of the respondent no.2. He also submitted that by keeping such materials without neither handing it over to the petitioner nor using it, nobody would be benefited.

3.Considering the pendency of the representation dated 16.10.2014, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
