ORDER
Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the second respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as Deputy Garden Superintendent in the first respondent University and the first respondent University has initiated suo motu enquiry on finding difference of marks found in the Tenth Mark Sheet and his marks found entered in the application for
admission of +2 in Ramasamy Chettiyar Town Higher Secondary School, Chidambaram. As petitioner had missed the Tenth Mark Sheet received from Kamaraj Matric Higher Secondary School, Chidambaram, he made a representation dated 23.1.2015 along with a Missing Certificate issued by the Annamalai Nagar Police Station, to the second respondent for issuance of a Certified Copy of the Mark Sheet of Tenth Standard. Despite several reminders, the second respondent is delaying to issue the Certified Copy of the Tenth Mark Sheet, without which, he will find it difficult to defend his case. In the mean time, the first respondent has directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 02.06.2016 at 11.00 a.m.,. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the relief stated above.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.
4. The learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that the second respondent will issue certified copy of the Tenth Mark Sheet within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Hence, the second respondent is directed to issue Certified Copy of the Tenth Mark Sheet sought for by the petitioner within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such Certified Copy of the Tenth Mark Sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent University for enquiry on 9.6.2016. As such, the date of enquiry i.e. 02.06.2016 mentioned in the impugned Office Memorandum is changed to 09.06.2016 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
