(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent. The respondent has also filed CMA.No.514 of 2026.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had to take care of the child and manage livelihood. There was also difficulty in obtaining proper legal advice. Owing to all these reasons, delay had occurred in filing the Appeal.

4. Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned and this Petition is ordered.
