The order dated 28.01.2014, not allowing the petitioner to retire from service, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. Counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, reveals that during the pendency of the writ petition, the the petitioner was allowed to retire from service with effect from 31.01.2014 and all the benefits due to her were settled. In respect of the departmental proceedings, the second respondent authority passed a final order on 13.11.2017 for recovery of a sum of Rs. 14,700/- .
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner was allowed to retire from service and all her pensionary benefits are settled, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. 03.11.2022 mrn Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-Speaking order
