[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenue viz., Saran S/o.Prakash, aged about 21 years. The detenue has been detained by the second respondent by his order in B3/D.O.No.16/2022 dated 29.04.2022, holding him to be a "Drug Offender", as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act, 14/1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the detenue in B3/D.O.No.16/2022 dated 29.04.2022, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3710, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 20.06.2022 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
