It is the grievance of the petitioner that the building owned by the respondent no.3 is in a dilapidated condition causing danger to the petitioner and others. A representation dated 05.03.2015 was made to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action in this regard. As no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
