ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.05.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 6 read with Section 5(m) of POCSO Act in Crime No.3 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused person had committed sexual assault on the victim girl, who is aged about 7 years, on different occasion. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that 164 statement has been recorded and this Court has already dismissed two bail application of the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and already two petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 12/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
