Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent made in C.P.No.54 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 to quash the same and to consequently direct the 1st respondent to appropriately consider the qualifying services of the petitioner for the purpose of pension and to extend the same by implementing the order made in O.A.No.522/2013 dated 07.12.2016.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly stated before this Court that pursuant to the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench dated 07.12.2016 in O.A.No.522 of 2013, the first respondent has passed orders on 08.09.2017 and therefore, she sought for liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.09.2017 in the manner known to law.
