Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in O.Mu.No.1102/B3/01 dated 26.04.2002 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the pay of the applicant on par with his junior Mr.K.Nagarathinam and grant him all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives in the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
