O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25625 of 2022.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the Additional Director General of Police (Economic Wing), Chennai dated 07.07.2023.

3. Though a copy of the said order has been received by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who on receipt of the same would submit that, only a portion of the benefits has been considered and granted, remaining portion has not been considered.

4. If still some grievance is there for the petitioner against the respondent, that can be agitated in the manner known to law, as the direction issued by this Court to consider the representation and pass orders has been complied with by the respondent, this Court cannot pursue further in this contempt petition.

5. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. 2/4
