This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 03.01.2023 passed in W.P. No.34757 of 2022.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the aforesaid order has been complied with. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
