O R D E R

This revision has been directed as against certain conditions imposed while granting interim custody of property in Crl.M.P.No.7381 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.

2. The petitioner/ A3, is alleged to have lent his support to the co- accused by lending his car to kidnap a girl. The interim custody of the car has been given in the impugned order dated 19.01.2016.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Some of the conditions are onerous in nature. They are required to be modified.

5. Ordered as under:

(i) Condition No.1 is modified to the effect that there shall be a personal bond for Rs.4,00,000/- [Rupees four lakhs only] and the condition to produce Solvency Certificate is deleted.

(ii) Condition No.2 is modified to the effect that there shall be an endorsement in the R.C.Book that the vehicle is involved in Crime No.275 of 2015 and the original R.C.Book shall be returned.

(iii) Condition No.5 is modified to the effect that, in default of not observing the condition, the prosecution or the defacto complainant can move the court for appropriate order.
