This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5521 of 2023 dated 10.03.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered, on condition that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to the Court concerned. Further, two weeks of time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5521 of 2023 on 10.03.2022, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
