Alleging that the name has been wrongly entered in the Voter's list, the petitioner made a representation on 06.07.2015. As the representation has not been looked into, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the pending representation may be considered, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to look into the representation dated 06.07.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
