Wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.124 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Arakkonam to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience, since the wife is the resident of Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

3. The husband, though served, did not appear, either in person or through counsel, duly instructed.

4. Considering the convenience of wife and the distance between Chennai and Arakkonam, HMOP.No.124 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of Sub-Court, Arakkonam and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to be heard and disposed of along with M.C.No.274 of 2019 in accordance with law.
