Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to dispose the representation sent by the petitioner on 18.02.2014 subsequently to transfer the name from one Natasan Chettiyar to their legal heirs of namely (i) Sakthilvel son of Shanmugam (ii) Sasikala daughter of Shanmugam (iii) Krishnawani wife of Mani (iv) Tamilzarasi wife of Balamurugan (v) Sudha wife of Ponnusamy in Patta No. 182 the property situated at Pukkulam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District having an extent of 1.75 Acres, perusal on legal heir's certificate issued by the competent authorities dated 02.03.2001 and 12.07.2013. Seeking transfer of patta for an extent of 1.75 acres in Patta No.182 the property situated at Pukkulam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, the petitioner made a representation on 18.02.2014. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 18.02.2014, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
