JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This original side appeal has been pending for quite a long time from the year 2018, challenging the impugned judgment and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decree dated 8.3.2017 passed in T.O.S.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Original Side of this Court.

2. When the matter was listed on 16.11.2021 and 18.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the appellant, except the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Even today, when the matter was called, no one appears on behalf of the appellant, except the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. That shows that the appellant does not wish to prosecute the appeal. Therefore, the original side appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
