This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend time to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2695 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.

2. The petitioner states that due to his medical illness, he is unable to surrender and to furnish sureties within the stipulated time and now, he is ready to surrender and to furnish sureties.

3. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender and to furnish sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2695 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.
