ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 21.03.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.340 of 2024 in 1/4

SC.No.48 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur and to allow the above Criminal Revision Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to canvass all his grievances before the competent Civil Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
