O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 08.07.2017, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the petitioner should not be blacklisted for the reasons stated in the show cause notice.

It is stated by the learned counsels appearing on either side that subsequent to the issuance of show cause notice, a final order, black listing the petitioner has also been passed, which is put to challenge in WP No.32435 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the reasons stated in the show cause notice, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, by leaving the parties to agitate the matter on merits in the other writ petition, where the order of black listing is put to challenge. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
