Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to treat the petitioner as eligible for elevation from Stage 2 to Stage 3 under the Career Advancement Scheme, 2015 i.e., in the post of Assistant Professor by moving the petitioner from the pay band of Rs.15,600-39,100 with AGP of Rs.7,000/- to the pay band of Rs.15,60039,100 with AGP of Rs.8,000/- by counting the past service rendered in the 2nd respondent institution in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.360 Agriculture (AU) Department, dated 16.08.1999 and the UGC Regulations, 2010, dated 30.06.2010 and to consider the petitioner's application under the Career Advancement Scheme, 2015, accordingly and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
