Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation dated 22.04.2019 seeking permission to conduct light music orchestra on 26.04.2019, 27.04.2019, 28.04.2019, 04.05.2019, 05.05.2019, 06.05.2019 and cultural dance on 03.05.2019 from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. on account of 10 days great consecration and 53rd fire walking festival of Arul Migu Sri Peelikkan Munishwarar and Angala Eashwari temple.

O R D E R Mr.S.Soundararajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation dated 22.04.2019 seeking permission to conduct light music orchestra on 26.04.2019, 27.04.2019, 28.04.2019, 04.05.2019, 05.05.2019, 06.05.2019 and cultural dance on 03.05.2019 from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. on account of 10 days great consecration and 53rd fire walking festival of Arul Migu Sri Peelikkan Munishwarar and Angala Eashwari temple.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that already a circular memorandum dated 31.10.2018 has been issued by the Director General of Police to all the Station House Officers/Inspectors indicating the conditions to be imposed while considering the grant of permission to "Aadal Padal Programme". Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the fifth respondent in the light of the Circular already issued by the Director General of Police dated 31.10.2018.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2019. No costs.
