PRAYER in W.P.No.13820/2026- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2025 to sub divide and allot a separate joint patta for the property of the petitioner to a total extent of 28 cents situated in joint patta No.290 in Survey No.146/37A1 extent of 0.02.24 (5 1⁄2 cent) and 146/37C Extent of 0.0.26 (1⁄2 cent) at Zuzuvadi village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
PRAYER in W.P.No.13830/2026- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2025 to sub divide and allot a separate joint patta for the property of the petitioner to a total extent of 66 cents situated in joint patta No.8567 in Survey No.146/4A1A1A in Zuzuvadi village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
PRAYER in W.P.No.13833/2026- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land bearing Survey No.118/2A8A1A1, admeasuring to an extent of 23.5 Cents Patta No.7498 situated at Zuzuvadi village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering petitioner's application dated 20.12.2025.

Mr.D.Ravichander, Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking for the following reliefs: (a) To survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to all these Writ Petitions (b) to transfer the patta in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased Narayannappa and (c) to sub-divide the property and allot separate joint patta for the property in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs. 2.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with these Writ Petitions in support of the reliefs prayed for in these Writ Petitions. The reliefs prayed for in these Writ Petitions pertain to the very same property. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations seeking for the aforementioned reliefs is considered on merits
and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
4.For the foregoing reasons, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the Tahsildar, Hosur Taluk, who is the 1st respondent in all these Writ Petitions to first survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to these Writ Petitions, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties which includes the neighbouring land owners. Once the survey and demarcation of boundaries is completed by the Tahsildar, the said Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's representation seeking for the sub-division of the property in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Narayannappa and thereafter, if the petitioner and other legal heirs of the deceased Narayannappa are found eligible, issue separate patta in their names for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to these Writ Petitions. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the Tahsildar, Hosur Taluk/1st respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
