Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1834 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 2nd respondent police under the periodic monitoring of this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1538 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 2nd respondent police under the periodic monitoring of this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also filed and the same has been taken on file in PRC.No.112 of 2019 by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the committal Court shall commit the case before the concerned Sessions Court, as early as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
